Dr. Ann Collins (PhD, MSc, CIPD, FHEA, ICF, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®) Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and Emiratization training consultant is the visionary founder of Leadher.
Dr. Ann is passionate about empowering females to excel in their careers. She has dedicated over 15 years to educating and upskilling Emirati females, preparing them for the workplace.
She partners with organizations to develop and deliver bespoke talent management solutions to enable employees to strive within their teams and to assist organizations in developing their Emiratization strategies.
Ann’s passion for working with gen Z employees began in the corporate world, working with graduates in a large IT company and a well-known European airline. She developed a keen interest in education and training and this passion led her to pursue an academic career in the Middle East where she has gained extensive knowledge and experience of the local culture and working environment.
Ann holds a CIPD qualification and is a HEA Fellow. She holds an MSc in Strategic Management and is in the final stages of her PhD which is dedicated to researching the career expectations of male and female graduates.
Ann is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of women in the Middle East and beyond, and she continues to innovate and lead the way in training and mentoring for female graduates. Under her guidance the team of experts at Leadher includes; career coaches, recruiters and industry professionals, all dedicated to supporting young women in their career journeys.
