Dr. Ann Collins is the visionary founder of Leadher, an executive training and performance coaching company. She is dedicated to empowering females to succeed in the workplace. With over 15 years of experience in third-level education, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Ann is a Performance Coach, LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and experienced Executive Trainer. She is passionate about working with organizations to bridge the skills gap and develop talent.
Ann’s passion for working with gen Z employees began in the corporate world, working with graduates in a large IT company and a well-known European airline. She developed a keen interest in education and training and this passion led her to pursue an academic career in the Middle East where she has gained extensive knowledge and experience of the local culture and working environment.
Ann holds a CIPD qualification and is a HEA Fellow. She holds an MSc in Strategic Management and is in the final stages of her PhD which is dedicated to researching the career expectations of male and female graduates.
Ann is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of women in the Middle East and beyond, and she continues to innovate and lead the way in training and coaching.
