At Leadher, we enable female early career talent to succeed. Leadher equips females with the skillset, community and inspiration to make their unique mark in the world.
All Leadher graduates will join our female only alumni network for 12 months where they have access to other likeminded individuals as well as access to talks from industry experts and professionals.
This online 8 week female only course will prepare early career talent with the essential skills necessary to excel in their work place. Designed to focus on the teaching of practical skills through a cohort of peers for an immediate impact. Participants will be equipped with the skills needed to be more productive and confident.
This 8 week program will offer your early career talent the competences needs to excel at work. It will boost engagement and improve staff retention.
Each week, participants will take part in 1 live online training workshop and 1 group peer mentoring session. Learning with your peers from other organisations drives engagement and accountability.
This online program is suitable for women returning to work after a break. It provides women and the organisations that employ them with the necessary support, information and tools to enable women returning to work to show up as their best selves at work and at home. It aims to support women to thrive at work and home and to equip them with the tools to manage their personal and professional lives and to gain the confidence to put their best foot forward and thrive in the work place.
This 4 week course will provide women returning to work with 1 x weekly workshop and 1 x group mentoring session. Women supporting each other and working through the challenges of returning to work is a recipe for success.
All participants will have 12 months access to the She Network.

Online new management training is suitable for both new line managers wanting to understand their new position as well as more experiences managers who want to brush up on their skills.

After successful completion of Launchpad, Back to Business and Leading the way, you become a valued member of the Leadher exclusive networking group and enjoy access to the Leadher community where you can connect with other likeminded alumni. The She network offers exclusive webinars and group mentoring session as well as providing a platform for alumni to connect and grow together and overcome challenges in the workplace together as peers.
